There, I honed my skills in negotiating, drafting, and reviewing commercial contracts in IT, data, privacy and security, consultant agreements, procurement agreements, among other areas. From 2015 to 2020, I gained valuable experience and in-depth expertise working as commercial and corporate counsel at the top New York Health Care Systems, including New York University Langone and New York City Health and Hospitals.
